Q: Do I have to buy all new decorations?
A: No. We will come to your location and view the decorations you already have. We will give you suggestions on what you should add to your decorations so that we will be better able to update your look.
Q: Can I buy my decorations you suggest from you or anywhere?
A: You don't have to buy from us, you can purchase them yourself but the majority of the items we suggest cannot be bought at your local stores or in the quantities you may need.
Q: How soon do I need to reserve my decorating date?
A: NOW. 2008 is filling up fast.
Q: Do I have to be there when you view and install my decorations?
A: Yes, when we meet with you to view the decorations, it gives us insight into what you have done in the past and how you would like to change your look. We would prefer to have you on location when we decorate in case any questions come up or you would like us to change something.
Q: I own a business and can't have the decorating interfere with my operating hours?
A: Not a problem we will schedule your decorating before your business opens or after.
Q: My family likes to decorate the tree, can you decorate the rest of my home and not the tree?
A: Absolutely. We will put the base on the tree i.e. the lights and balls and your family can add the rest.
Q: Can I take down the decorations myself?
A. Of course. Prices for takedown are seperate from installation prices.
Q: I enjoy decorating my home, but just need some extra help would you be able to help me?
A: Yes, if you are going to be directing and helping decorate you can hire just a few holiday installers for extra hands.
Q: Is there a minimum?
A: There is a minimum of 2 installers as far as time it just depends on the distance they would have to travel.
